Following a very successful career in sales, David has spent 25 years in learning and development. During this time he has been in involved in numerous projects for blue chip private sector and public sector organisations. These have included:

• GSK

• The Met Office

• GCHQ

• South West Water

• Cornwall Council

In 2003 he became involved in coaching rugby. Today he is a qualified coach and referee, working with St Austell ladies squad, and in 2010 they have become the first Cornish ladies squad to enter the official league where they will play during the 2010 – 11 season. He has also coached county and regional squads.

Apart from coaching rugby, David played a key role  in the setting  up of Camelford RFC, a new club now growing in north Cornwall

David undertakes after dinner and conference speaking.  He recently produced, rehearsed and delivered his first stand up comedy night to raise money for his daughters U14 football team. Amongst his speaking audiences have been doctors and medical staff, financial services sales forces, employees of a motoring organisation, Round Table members and commercial retailers.
