• I have the following for you – I’m sure the comments will come as no surprise but may further underline the real value of delivering such sessions to all levels of office-bound staff.  For my part, I have found that those who had recently been promoted to “Team Leader” status have become much more assertive – a process which I’m sure I expected from them anyway, but the process has certainly been accelerated and is more consistent than I had dared to hope for.  Confidence has improved as a side-effect of this assertiveness; they are generally less likely to over-commit leaving us scope to properly assess progress and capacity.

• I think that the course worked really well to highlight where we can improve and, for the first couple of months at least, I found that I had a far better handle on my work load just from keeping a prioritised task list and ensuring I kept it up to date.  The latter point started to slip a bit as things got hairy mid-project so need to work on discipline a bit to keep things ticking along. It also focused me on the fact that in general we are doing very well and that just because we feel pressured doesn’t mean we are failing
